Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in any event hosted at Startup House. By attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

Eligibility:

1.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. Startup House reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone for any reason.

 

Code of Conduct:

2.1. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

2.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

2.3. Participants must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by Startup House staff.

2.4. Participants are not allowed to leave the designated event space and enter private areas of Startup House without prior authorization.

 

Liability:

3.1. Participants attend events at their own risk. Startup House is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.

3.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and must take necessary precautions to ensure their security.

3.3. Going out on the lake terrace is at the participant's own risk, and Startup House shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.

 

Photography and Filming:

4.1. By attending the event, participants grant Startup House the right to capture their likeness in photographs, videos, or any other media for promotional purposes.

4.2. Participants must seek permission from individuals before capturing their likeness.

 

Intellectual Property:

5.1. Participants agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights of Startup House or other participants.

5.2. Participants retain the rights to their own intellectual property.

 

Privacy:

6.1. Participants acknowledge that their personal information may be collected and used by Startup House for event-related purposes.

6.2. Startup House will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Amendments:

7.1. Startup House reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

 

Severability:

8.1. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

By participating in any event at Startup House, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the event.
